조정절차는 어떤 경우에 종료되나요?

다음과 같이 크게 3가지의 경우, 조정절차가 종료됩니다.

1. 조정의 성립

당사자가 분쟁사안에 대하여 합의하거나, 분쟁조정협의회가 제시한 조정안을 당사자가 수락하여 조정조서를 작성한 경우

2. 조정의 불성립

당사자 중 일방이 조정원의 조정안을 불수락하는 경우 또는 자료를 미제출하는 등 조정절차를 따르지 않은 경우

3. 조정의 종결

관련 법령에 따라 조정절차를 더 이상 진행할 실익이 없어 절차를 종료한 경우(취하, 소 제기, 각하, 피신청인의 폐업 등)
