특허가 만료된 분기가 끝난 후 30일 이내까지 변경해야 합니다.

정해진 기한까지 변경등록을 하지 않을 시에는 1천만원 이하의 과태료(1차 위반: 2백만 원, 2차 위반: 5백만 원, 3차 이상 위반: 1천만 원)가 부과될 수 있습니다.

한편, 가맹본부는 가맹계약서상 ‘지식재산권 유효기간 만료 시 조치에 관한 사항’을 확인하여 이행해야 합니다.
